Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing. Orders placed over the weekend will typically be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Free Shipping is available on all orders over $150 CAD.
Please note: the order total must be over $150 after discounts (before tax) to qualify.

Estimated delivery for both Standard and Free shipping is 3–7 business days.

International Shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 CAD.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns in original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of the order date.

For orders under $150, the customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
For orders over $150, we offer free return/exchanges, and a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. 

Upon receiving returned goods, PLYR reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
