Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Free Shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

Please note that your order subtotal must exceed $150 CAD after discounts and before taxes to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery time for both Standard and Free Shipping is 3–7 business days.

International Shipping is available for a flat rate of $20 CAD.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for online orders from our warehouse.

Pickup hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PLYR gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order date, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Orders under $150 CAD: Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
• Orders over $150 CAD: We cover shipping on exchanges and will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from returned items where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, PLYR reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
